Plan versions
Each Confirm keeps a version: compare any two, restore an earlier one as the draft. Nothing is deleted.

Download the template of the month, fill it in Excel and drop it back. IBO shows what will change before it saves.
Close the month
Checks run before closing: totals that jump ten times, costs above revenue, missing lines. A closed month can be reopened with a reason.
