Bonus cost is the value of bonuses players turned into real money or that the operator counts as a cost of the period.
Formula
Bonus cost = converted bonus money + other bonus spend counted as cost
Example
Free spins and deposit bonuses worth €9,000 turned into withdrawable money: bonus cost is €9,000. (invented numbers)
