Average revenue per user
ARPU is revenue of the period divided by the number of active players in it.
Formula
ARPU = NGR ÷ active players
Example
NGR €105,000 with 3,500 active players: ARPU is €30.00. (invented numbers)
In IBO
IBO calculates ARPU from NGR and monthly active players; without active players it says so instead of showing €0.
