Monthly minimum

Minimum monthly fee (minimum guarantee)

A monthly minimum is the least a client pays in a month, even when the share of revenue comes to less.

Formula

Paid = max(calculated share, monthly minimum)

Example

A calculated royalty of €3,200 with a €5,000 minimum: the client pays €5,000. (invented numbers)
