Tiered rev share

Tiered revenue share

A tiered rev share changes the rate with volume: each band of revenue has its own percentage.

Formula

Marginal: each slice at its own rate · Whole volume: all revenue at the rate of the band reached

Example

Tiers 10% up to €200,000 and 8% above, GGR €300,000: marginal gives €28,000; whole volume gives €24,000. (invented numbers)
