PSP fees

Payment processing costs are what payment providers charge to move deposits and withdrawals.

Formula

PSP fees = Σ (transaction volume × rate + fixed fee per transaction)

Example

Deposits of €450,000 at 2% plus €0.20 on 9,000 transactions: €10,800. (invented numbers)

A variable cost in Payments; it lowers CM1.
